Anyone who wants to attend this years Understanding symposium will need to apply for a ticket.

We prioritise those working in service; bartenders, servers, sommeliers, baristas, bar backs but also welcome other likeminded drinks industry professionals.

Tickets will remain free , but the allocation is personal and you will not be able to transfer your ticket to a third party.
